The BP Building...completed in 1985 it was limited in height to less than the Terminal Building and stands 201m, 658 ft with 45 floors. (Limits on building heights to important sites exist in some cities, like my own in Ottawa where buildings cannot exceed the Parliment buildings. Cleveland dropped theirs later it appears, see next post).

"Curved like a spinnaker on Lake Erie", it combines modernism with some art deco elements and a huge atrium.
