This trail trace is based on my August 2006 trip around the Wonderland Trail, clockwise from Longmire to Longmire via Spray Park, with side trips to Mirror Lakes, Spray Falls, Skyscraper Mountain, Emmons Overlook, Narada Falls, and the little hump next to Panhandle Gap. In this update I improved the iconography, added more placemarks, and updated the trace to include the "official" route to the Carbon River via Ipsut Pass, which is shown in green. I also included GPS tracks for the two primary summit routes.

A file containing geotagged photos from the same trip is available here. The photo captions contain detailed info about the trail and other features of Mount Rainier.

Trace was done in National Geographic Topo! and exported to KML using GPS Babel. The file contains image overlays of USGS maps of the region, created using GPS Visualizer.
