I do believe the booster at the Space Center Rocket Garden is a Saturn 1B.

They do have a Saturn 5, but it is inside the Apollo/Saturn V Center building.

The Apollo/Saturn V Center is located about 2 miles north of the Vehicle Assembly Building on the Kennedy Parkway, near the current Banana Creek VIP Shuttle launch-viewing site.

I remember seeing a real rocket on display near a gas station somewhere in or near Tennessee during a long drive from Iowa to Florida a couple of years ago, if I find it and nobody has spotted it yet, I will post it.

I think the Visible Rockets Location is a great idea!
