i posted the exact location of the car, the cell tower that led to the discovery and the very approx. location of james. he was very close to rogue river, only a few yards away from it... source is the local newspaper, which had a reporter on the ground, he posted a screenshot of james' location on the newspaper website. not on GE itself. that's where i took my approximation from...
