Missile Site "Skhodnya B-31" has in principle the same base structure than the other four short range ABM-3 / SH-8 Sites around Moscow .
One gentleman ("hummer2") obviously served in the corresponding unit at that site (see thread "Re:Moscow ABM site 3 description").
So I would like to know what your claim actually means. Do you want to express that this specific site is NO ABM-3 Gazelle System and that it is of different purpose or armed with a different missile system, or do you want to say that this counts for all five short range SH-8 Sites?
Moreover if B-31 was a 5V11 Site then acc. to the russian websites this was not a silo-based system and now this site is obviously housing a silo-based system which is clearly seen on that Hig Res location.
