Correct. The V-1000 missile was not deployed. The Leningrad sites were 5V11 Dal sites. V-1000 was a test ABM system. It was GAFFER, while Dal was SA-5 GRIFFON (SA-5 being reused later). The confusion stemmed from the fact that both missiles had similar configurations, and that when the 5V11 was displayed in Moscow during the Red Square parade in 1963 it was called a missile capable of defending against "all modern means of air and space attack". Clearly this was either a misunderstanding or deliberate disinformation on the part of the Soviets.
