Does seem a bit expensive for someone like me that is just doing this for fun. I think there are two markets here. One market of people that may just want to create some simple buildings to put in their neighborhood. Another market of professional users that want to show off their design in GE. Maybe there is someway to create a free version that limits the number of surfaces/vertices so only simple models can be used. And then could have a pro version. Just a thought.
