It has been estimated that when the West Antarctic Ice Sheet melts, sea levels will rise by 80 feet. If current trends are unabated, that is predicted to occur late this century or early next century.

Attached is a rough outline of the coast of Florida after the melting of the WAIS. It is hoped that this will be an aid to city planners, emergency preparedness officers, real estate speculators, and scuba divers.

It has also been predicted that by 2150, Florida will change its nickname from "The Sunshine State" to "Gore's Revenge."
