According to this page which I was using as a reference, RFA Sir Tristram wasn't sunk and HMS Glamorgan was hit by a land based Exocet.

The majority of bombs dropped on ships hit their marks but failed to explode or passed right through the thin skins of the vesels. The casualty list would have been far higher if they had exploded.
