Hi Penguin. Thanks for the response. That is really what we were looking for from Google, some kinda indication that the problem wasn't or was on the Google server side. Having corrected our assumptions, could you make possible suggestions as to what the problem could be? Again this morning I logged on at 9am South African time and managed to work on GE for about an hour and 20 minutes before I got the disconnect and try again message. Now when I try and logon I get the dreaded error message.

Any pointers to us plebs out in cyberland would help.
