To show a picture it needs to be hosted somewhere on the web. If you don't have a site you normally use, a lot of people here use Photobucket or ImageShack. Both sites will give you the code you need to display your image.

To put an image in your post: either copy the forum link given by Photobucket or ImageShack and paste it into your post, or copy the url of your image, click on the "Image" button at the top of the post box, choose one of the options (if you don't know which to choose, just take the first) and paste the URL into the pop up window.
