Street View Disneyland Paris
To compliment the comprehensive 3D models by Disney of every building, tree, sign, table, and more in Disneyland Paris released last month, we asked if we could take some Street View imagery in the park. On June 9th, we released Disneyland in Street View which you can view in either Google Earth or Google Maps - simply turn on the Street View layer after flying to "Disneyland Paris" to see the park with new panoramic photos.

Tour de France 2009
The Tour de France is an amazing annual bike race with routes through grueling mountain terrain throughout France for hundreds of kilometers.Thomas Vergouwen recently released details about the 2009 Tour de France route with maps in both Google Maps and, more importantly, in Google Earth. In Google Earth you can not only get a sense of location on the map, proximity to roads and towns, and views of the towns and mountains in the aerial imagery; you can also see the terrain of the routes up the mountains thanks to Google Earth's detailed 3D terrain data.
